Are you a teen female athlete looking to level up your mental game? The Power Forward Athlete Group Coaching Series is designed to help athletes develop the mental skills needed to perform at their best—both in sports and in life.

Cancellation Policy
Registration & Payment - All workshop spots must be reserved in advance. - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Cancellations & Changes - Participants may cancel or reschedule their workshop registration up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or credit toward a future workshop. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop will incur a 50% cancellation fee. - No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Refunds & Transfers - Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the workshop. - If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant with advance notice. Late Arrivals - Workshops will start on time. Late arrivals may participate but will not receive additional time or a partial refund.
